Frequency Changes/ easy update.?

Hi peeps, i have a pretty new channel list on my skybox3 but a few frequency changes by certain channels and its out of date.. can anyone please advise me what would be the easiest/quickest way of updating this list.. would it be best to do it manually, i.e. do a scan and swop the channel with the new frequency with the old one? or is there a program that i can use to update it and use USB to update it.. any help would be great.. thanks

I would also like to know this please for educational and self learninhg purposes.

Check on kingofsat.net for new tp freq and manually scan the tp, then move the new channels into favs and delete the old, all can be done using the remote,
