cdc40 unknown ecu error

I have a CID screen and CDC 40 Delphi grundig opera (6 cd mp3 player) tuner. I can not connect the tuner to my car because the tuner was not reseted when it was disconnected from the previous car.

I have loaded the software reset. Tech2 gave an error which is "unknown ECU" and Tech2 can not Recognized the EHU.

What should I do?

What do you mean by "I have loaded the software reset"?
Read pin code from new radio first
Umarry your existing head unit and display this will allow you to unmarry your new radio and dis.

Once you unmarry your original radio and display fit you new radio and unmarry it with that radios existing code.

Then swap displays and unmarry again using you new radios pin code.

You will now have both radio and display in delivery state so now marry to car with cars original pin code
