Read EZS HC05X32 UPA??

I try read EZS mercedes W202 whit UPA I desolder MCU and use adapter from ecuvonix.

MCU is (0D69J) HC05X32

I read it but is all FF in eprom mode, but if I try read all memory I can...

Any idea about it??
Key stop to working and I want to add one...

This mcu is secured. Now you erased all memory content....

But in option UPA not have place to put securyti bytes.
Why??

Because this mcu has different security algoritm like HC08. In this case all eeprom content will be erased (similar to HC11 ). To read this mcu you need for ex. ETL programmer. UPA can't bypass security.

just because i dont belive in all i read here.....I read this mcu in xprom-m witout security bytes and without any problem. is the same chip from the same MB EIS.
