I just tried the star plus hd tp and it comes up as 55300 and clears fine.
Delete the transponder from list, re enter it and rescan.

Can you actually view the star plus HD channel?
Guys, please help me...is this a frequency or an encryption issue?

it looks that way :s:
@ alom5 - thats the frequency i found the channel originally mate. It was working fine, but suddenly the channel has gone blank and has been like that for a few days. I've tried 2 servers, but get the same issue.
The standard star plus channel clears okay though.

Frequency is correct, and hasnt changed at all. Seems a problem with the servers youve tried. Ask the server owner if his server is clearing star plus hd. It was FTA a week or so ago. then got encrypted.

mine was working first ...then....it just went black screen....tried the settings posted by vorlon2257 but i couldn't get any channels on that. then done a full scan and it came back under the frequency i posted (similar to vorlon) but the fec was 2/3 and NOT 3/4 as posted by vorlon.
now the channel is named as star plus hd as opposed to 55300
if your server has sky full in hd...then it should clear as it's part of the standard asian channels on sky and not part of viewasia or zee pack...which are extra

Alom - Your a bloody star mate! The reason it was not finding Star Plus HD was due to the slight difference of FEC from 3/4 to 2/3. I have now rescanned using the correct details and it works perfect! Thank You So Much!
In fact thank you everyone whom tried to help me!
