Pasat 2004 year spedometer from miles to km

Hi please help me wit litle info.
In pasat vdo tacho i changed with vcds from miles to km,changed foil to, but speedometer now shoving 30 percent lees car speed.
In engine ecu when driving its 100km/h on speedometer shoving
70 km/h.
It is possible to adapt speed counter?

becouse your dash number in miles,
100km-66mil
you need to found the number PRINT in KM,
also if the CAR from Usa, you need to modificated tank
from galon in litars

Yes i puted numbers printed in km and that its diference old numbers with miles and smal km numbers not have problems,
but numbers in foil with km its not on same place.
dash stil calculate speed for miles not km.
