2011 vw polo 1.4 - make keys with vag km imm tool

i have the 2011 vw polo 1.4 with no keys to it. Vin Number AAVZZZ6RZBU063605 MODEL : 6R13K4 ENGINE: CLP043083.

i have km immo programmer. please assist me with procedure to get the vehicle in service mode and how to program the key.

cluster has 24c64 eeprom and ecu has magnetti marelli with 95320 eeprom.dumps attached.
here is what i do but it does not work.
i have 48 transponder key.
1. connect cable and connect under 24c64. i try to read eeprom but fails. i leave ignition on with cable connected i remove cluster and read 24c64.
2. open service mode and put eeprom in to produce new eeprom. i then program new dump on eep and put back into cluster.
3. save key file.
4.log in with key file
5 write back eeprom via obd - close dialog box and open create dealer key.
cannot connect with ecu. any one used this tool to make a key when all keys are lost.

please help how to get this right.

so nobody has done one of these with km immotool? has anyone done a no keys using another tool?

no did not get it right. did not get a chance to do another one. was some time agao though. but did not get it right yet.
