Yes that is right Vcm ids, but u have to buy a good one otherwise forget it..

And you also need access to the ford incodes or you wont even get started, if you have never done this before i advise you find someone with the IDS and incode calculator that will allow you to learn from them for the 1st time, there are codes needed to select the correct calibrations some are on the van and some you need the as built data for from Ford

Depending on the PCB number the Transit ECUs are easy enough to clone. MCU (axle ratio plus lots of other stuff in the MCU) and eeprom both need to be copied.

Can you help me identify the EEPROM that holds some data ? I am interested in cloning these Ecu and in this moment can only read the Irom with my Bs in boot mode

Can you give an example of a pcb number that can be cloned?
