help make spare key 2006 w203

Hi, can i get some help making a spare key.
advice on procedure would be good.i havnt done a merc key before.

Mercedes 2006 c220cdi
ezs 209 545 19 08

i will need solder points to mcu.there was one in another thread with the same part no but the component layout was different to mine.

talking about mcu which mcu is it or do i have to desolder whole key lock as it looks like its underneath that and i cant see it.

i have r270,mb ir plus,xprog-m,original zbull,upa.

in pics the key thats apart is the one that works and came with the car,the other is a used key bought from the wreckers.

yes, thats correct, I have searched all threads,but other threads have different board layout. my one is different.The pictures in dk and my r270 are for other board layout.

Hi, thanks for that. Where and how do i program these dumps to and what with ? Sorry i havnt done Mercedes keys before.

hi, i bought this programmer a while ago. i have never used it. i forget what its called and lost the software for it. if someone can tell me the name and or where to get the software, that would be awesome.

im assuming i can unsolder nec chip from spare key and program it.

but your keys are 494 byte are you sure its for mercedes ????

hi, i have just posted 2nd hand key i have and another nec programmer i have.in the software there is no mercedes car option. can i get dump from key with this programmer ?

anyone know how to connect this programmer to nec chip to get dump.

You may get an idea of what you need to make a key.

unsolder the chip from the old key.
Solder in programmer and program or virginize to program after by IR.
I dont have none of your programers, sorry but cant help.

Update ! i just received my ak500,

i have unsoldered the 2nd hand key nec chip. clicked on fast renew and now it says i have new nec chip in programmer.

PROBLEM. when i try and write i get i think a error message. " API HOOK."

1st box comes up with com 8 ok ? then i get this message see pic. what is this error message and how can i fix it as it does not move on to the next step.

If you search DK before buy AK500 you know they are "rice eaters" trash and a waste of money. Reinstall software and USB drivers. Maybe you have lucky, or maybe you gona fu... the EZS. if just need a key to you car, MB dealer is the more cheap solution to you.

Geez my kaspersky hates this software i have to reinstall on every use. wish i could set up a rule for it not to touch it even while its disabled- pause protection.......

Did you check the frequency of the original key V the new key?

They have to be the same.

If you point the key at the drivers door lock and hold the button down, it should work though as its using IR on this method.

I didn't check as I got my hands on 2nd hand keys from my local wrecker.

I was wondering about this myself.
The files seem to be too large and have an .aax extension rather than a .bin extension.

When I loaded them into my gold NEC programmer it says they were an incorrect size.

They obviously worked though, I just can't figure out how!

hey, did it work ? the reason i ask you is that i programmed 2 keys.they start the car but the central locking buttons dont work.

The only thing i can think of is that as i said before that i renamed files from.aax to .bin maybe that has something to do with it.

Do you use this tool??I have here pdf for renew key and it work..
Do you can use it for write key in IR ??
