Hi, members l ave read file from mcu 68hc705b32 (1k20c ) like 3G96A.it read fine from renault scenic immo box and reprogram chip with tango .now l want to write back it give error on write and last it write in .but l repeat to read again and compare file with ori it show different and tango not recognise file.please any idea of this?.any this two files thanks

I think you kill MCU.

clone wont write properly 705b32, only original.

I have orig Xprog, and can't write HC711 after write with orig carprog. Flash is ok, but eprom can't. now any tool ( carprog, xprog, upa, all orig) can't write to this mcu eprom :)

ok .l think better way to program with sbb or t300 .l will put back mcu and test with other tool.thanks
