Help with 406 Peugeot mileage advice

I need to change mileage on Peugeot 406 2.0 HDi

I have been reading hear that you have to set bsi 95040 to 0 miles and dash 93c66 to the desire miles, please confirm.

Please can you also confirm were is BSi located and are they easy to remove?

yes that is the procedure..
bsi is located under driver knee panel, access from footwell..
black box with a few fuses and a few plugs plugged in to it..
remember to let bsi go to sleep and disconnect battery when working on this car..
