Parmesan chicken breasts with crispy prosciutto ham recipe

To cook your chicken
1. Put some oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

2. carefully transfer the chicken breasts, prosciutto side down, into the pan.

4. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, turning halfway through, giving the ham side an extra 30 seconds to crisp up.

5. Serve with some babyleaf salad Dessed with extra virgin olive oil & lemon juice.

6.Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the chicken

7. EAT
