After I read the Motorola HC05 micro in the immobox siemens, which transponder chip i must use to write the new key?

You can use PCF7930 or PCF7935 Zed-bull will generate transponder, and after that transponder will be recognized as ID33

I think you must use only 7930/31 and use transponder production from dump with zedbull to produce working key, ( no coding by obd required)

SORRY mate, Yes you can use T5 as well as 7930/31 but i dont think you can use 7935
