Oh crap!
I did attached files but it seems they got deleted.
I'll do it later on but in meantime
Car is E90 2005 325i
Ecu siemens MSV70
Cas2
I know how to read ISN from CAS but don't know where to put it in ecu eeprom to get them matched.
At the moment car cranks but do not start and in ecu there is error abou EWS tampering.
I need to get this sorted as quickly as possible. I don't mind paying some money for information as long as it will be accurate.
Thanks

Try firs to synchronize ecu with dis second read ecu and cas and post is here
Tried that already.
Story goes:
ECU was flooded (as usual) so I ordered second hand one and transferred whatever was in original eeprom to new one.
There were errors about coding missing and some others as well as EWS tampering error. Looks like due to water ingress/corrosion eeprom got corrupted and lost all information.
I re-programmed whole car (sucessfuly) and now i got only EWS tampering error plus some sensors which are disconnected. Coding and vechicle details are fine now. The only thing missing/corrupted is ISN for DME-CAS synch.
Thanks

Your dump of the error from the DME
What do you mean?
I have swapped the flash from old ecu to new one and EWS error is gone after doing synchronisation.
Now I get only in DME "2F47 Immobiliser irreversible control unit fault"
Is it flash corrupted? I did re-program it with ICOM.
No other errors.
If I transfer ISN from new DME to CAS will it work? How to find ISN in DME?

This IS original dump from second hand ecu. Not modified in any way.
Are you sure that ISN is in eeprom? I think it is in flash.
I'll try to read flash but have no pin-out for siemens bdm pads.

HEre are both DME flashes. Old is from old damaged/corrupted ECU and New is from second hand ecu.
Can Anyone match ISN in new ecu to CAS2 dump posted earlier?
What is the ISN in old flash and new flash?
Many thanks

No luck ;(...
Tried two different solutions and it doesn't work.
No spark and no injectors being opened.
Got some files from bram380 but can't synch cas with dme. It showes that the error ocurred and nothing else.
When i put original files in , I can do synch wih diags and internal error of immobiliser is present in dme and car doesn's start .

Hey bram!
Many thanks for help
I've noticed that flash contains more than one VIN and this is due to my action when I upgraded car wir this DME plugged in.
Is eeprom has anything to do with immobiliser?
I tried to use old eeprom and new as well.
When I use old flash with old eeprom I get error "immobiliser irreversible damage" and it tells me to replaced DME but I can do sync and it is successfull (car doesn't start but it will crank for 5s and stop)
EWS state is"enabled" and DME doesn't see any values from sensors (rpm, air flow, etc.)
New flash with new and old eeprom(with correct ISN) gives sometimer EWS manipulation prevention eroror and I can't do sync (error about start value allocation in DME) car will crank as long as clutch is pressed not only for 5 s.
When I checked D_EWS signal at DME I can see ID transmission as it should be and EWS state is "not enabled and DME can see all values from sensors (rpm, air flow etc) so immo should be released.
Fueses are OK and injectors works ok when do tests with actuating)
Any more ideas?
