hi friends i need to know what is this code B06160 AND B05560 , CAR IS SHOWING THIS NUMBER TO T300 , TRYED TO ADD A KEY WITH SBB33.01 BUT IS FAILS, IT'S SHOWING THIS NUMBERS WITH SBB AND T300 BO6160 AND B05560 , THE LAMP IS FLASHING , CAR IS WORKING NORMALLY WITHOUT ANY TRANSPONDER , BUT JUST WORK WHEN DUMB TO GAS, WHEN I TRIED TO STARTING IN GASOLINE CAR DON'T WORK THE LAMP IS FLASHING ALL THE TIME NO MATTER IF IS GASOLINE OR GAS , I READ THE FAULT CODE WITH T300 AND IT'S SHOWING B05560 AND B06160 WHY THE CAR IS WORKING WITHOUT ANY TRANSPONDER AND SECOND WHY WORK JUST WITH GAS, AND IS IT POSSIBLE PROGRAM ANOTHER KEY WITH T300 OR SBB , CAN I USE TO ADD A NEW KEY , MENU FROM VECTRA,ZAFIRA,MERIVA OR COSA C , ARE THERE ANY PROBLEM IF A DO IT , I AM GOING TO CORRUPT ANY THING LIKE ECU , IMMO OR DASH . Immo cuts injector switching, so you will not get any petrol injected into the engine.

If aftermarket gas system fitted, this will fuel the engine without the immo cutting off the supply.

You will need 4 digit decimal pin code to add a key to this model, t300 can do this easy.

Not sure what your fault codes are as there are too many digits for standard fault codes, I never read faults with a key programmer, get op com to solve all your problems.

thanks, i solve the problem a friend of mine read the pin code with brazilian tool named tc mega 3 ,after this i tried to add a new key with sbb , i got conect and put the pin code and enter , but sbb failed , i tried with t300 and the reult was the same key 4 falied, my friend tried with his original tool, and the result was the same.i read the transponder by zed bull and it was showing vw t42 , i changed 3 times the transponder , after 5 hours , i got one key working by mvp v99, now i don't know if the problem was the transponder or sbb, mvp worked very well , anyone here got sucessfull with astra g 1999 by sbb,if you select zafira,corsa c, meriva, vectra you got comunication with the ecu without any problem.
