I got problem with the dash Honda Accord 2.3 Is it posible read it from the back ? I mean do not take the needle from the dash.

is this dash with eeprom or 05b16 mcu if mcu connect 4 wires gnd,rx,tx and +5volt....

You not remove the needle, look for the arrows and take out the PCB, it is easy

The answer to your question is YES.

This one can be done from the back.

Based on the position of the eeprom this is a 93c56.

Can be done in-circuit with UPA or similar programmer.
