Does anybody know how to reset an lg nas drive without losing everything on it. Brother in law has no idea what the password is or user name as someone else set it up for him and like tw@ he never wrote anything down. I know all passwords have to be reset from the web site but he doesn't know the admin password either. Is there any software utility out there that can retrieve user name and pass. Cheers h_h
