transit bcm 2009

has anyone got a flash file for a transit bcm i made a spare key today and i think the flash file has got corrupted cos when i switch ignition on the immo light is out but wont fire up and the wipers dont work, central locking etc

the processor is a 9s12dg256 0l01y mask
if anyone has a flash file i would appreciate the help thanks

what is your file of it is different from the other files i have seen is it a flash file or eeprom

i read this by R260 so this is flash file of nissan altima 2009 bcm but i saved in bin format . its full flash
