SOLVED! - See post #12.

Hi guys!

After reading a bunch of post regarding key pairing, I don't have any idea of what to do.

The car is a Peugeot 307 1.6 NFU from 2003.

The scenario is:

Customer arrives with a bad BSI (it discharges the battery).
I could manage to get an used BSI from scrapyard.
I virginised the BSI.
I used a program here in DK to extract the PIN from old BSI dump.
I configured the VIN on the virginised BSI.
When going to pair the keys it gives an error, and throws me out of the config, saying I have to wait 15 mins before doing another attempt.

Do I need new chips for the keys? Should I use the old BSI PIN or the new one?

I'm attaching the dumps of the BAD and the SCRAPYARD BSI in case someone can find the correct PIN and point me in the right direction.

The PINs I have are:

OLD BSI: 4E7D.
SCRAP BSI: ES5L.
VIN of the car is: VF33CNFUB83113171

Kind regards!

You need new chips cose that's a new BSI for the keys! And they are locked on the old BSI.

Surely, just swap the original mcu into the secondhand bsi, job done

Sounds good, but desoldering the PCB seems difficult in this one. Thx for the advice :)

How's about swapping the dump from original bsi to scrap bsi... which is then already programmed for original keys... Just a thought... haven't done it myself..

u have to virginize it again and program with this code E4D7. Any other code will block the key programming procedure..
Dont try to swap the dump it wont work.
no need new keys the old ones will program with that code.

I've tried with E4D7 and keys are not programming.

I virginised the BSI putting all eeprom to FF before attempting anything.

I'll try again using 4E7D.

Thanks for all your support mates!

Just called official dealer Peugeot and confirmed 4E7D as the PIN. So I can confirm the SW I downloaded from here works perfect :)

I'll test again with this PIN and post back results.

Hey guys! Finally I sorted it, the problem was coming from low voltage, battery was discharged.

I could manage to pair the keys with the old PIN (4E7D) using the same keys like some of you said.

Many thanks to all!
