Rover 75 year 2002 engine can't start after change steering from right to left

Rover 75 year 2002 can't start,car steer was on right and they moved it to left and after car can't start,I scan car immobilizer with auto com 20-11-1 and i found this error codes,i did erase and now No fault codes,tested many times but No fault codes,but car can still not start,engine cranks but car never start,I tested transponder chip with ZED BULL and this is the information inside chip.

its inside the EWS. The ews is a white box in the drivers footwell held in with 2 tx-star bolts and has 1 plug.

I'm little bit confused brothers,Why do i have to send EWS dump? i want to know the reason why car can't start,before we solve problem together,

The car won't start because the rolling code on key 2 has gone out of synch with the ews (immo) unit.
The usual cause is that the ignition has been left on and completely flattened the battery, as the battery dies it corrupts the data in the ews for that key

Ok good i understand now,But will like to ask 1 more question,I have ews and key in hand now,after i read dump and send to you what will be the next step,with this process will i need to program key? is the ews the immobilizer of this car? will i do something in ecu?

Listen to what people are telling you,
You need to put up the dump of the od46j in the ews onto here, so some GENEROUS person will take the time to mend the dump for YOU.
Then you can write the mended dump back to your ews and car will start.

Just do what you have been asked, and some really clever dude will do the hard bit for YOU.

No dump, no help, Simples

I manage to install my new xprog M 5.0 that i just received from china.I tested it with microchip eeprom and read was ok,but it can't read MCU chip,i have ews3 0D46J connected on device. attached file is the image of the error i receive when trying to read,only green light keep blinking,but i have connected usb cable and and 12v adapter,please any help for me to be able to read dump and send here

well i can't tell if ews have code or not sir,i met car in the state i explain earlier,and also I'm new in this business,so how do i solve this problem?How to check if chip have code or not?I soldered chip back on board and try to read with K-LINE adapter,if i press read i get this error....Device is silent.timeout error..and you can see in attached image

ews3 61.xxxxxx HW.. SW.. MCU=0D46J (r/w k-line) or 2D47J (r/w on board)

Problem "Divice silent" cause xprog not connect to mcu.
Check connection mcu to xprog,
clean all pin mcu.
