component security CS from audi a4 rb4 cluster

can i get cs from this crypto cluster , i want to make dealer key for a4 8E model 2004 .

A blank ID48 should be ok with a RB4 cluster.

thank for replay this first time work with audi ,i try using normal 48 and immo lamb stop blinking but car did not start , when i diagnose it there error code (key).
