Golf3 1,9TDI Bosch028906021 HD immo off

Hello DK friends,
Can anybody help me to do immo off from this file in the attachment? It is dump from B58253 (24c02).I even didn't know is it possible to do immo off reprogramming 24c02 only.
Constantly start problems and the car is old,cheap and it is unworthy repair whole immobilizer system.
The car: Golf3 1996y ECU Bosch 028 906 021 HD,
Component: 1,9l R4 EDC 00SG 1704

I can't try.Yesterday I changed immobilizer's coil,added a new key with new chip,even resoldered coil's contacts in the immo box.So, the car didn't have starting problems right now,God knows how long.
But anyway,big thanks for you trying to help me.
