hi to all,
please i need help with this ecu. i want to modify this ecu but i need driver for ecm titanim.
and does anybody knows in which eprom is file for tuning, inside ecu is two same eprom ST27c1001 I do not know which i must to desolder and reprogram
the car is
passat 5 1999
1.9 tdi 90 hp
0 218 010 172
038 906 018 FQ

I bet you need desolder both, read them, and then load both files as Hi-Lo.

Seems to me your ECU is 16bit splitted into 2 x 8bit eproms. After read and mod, you need to save mod in 2 x 8 bit files, UV erase the chips, then reprogram each one with the files, then solder back.
