Hi, we are having trouble programming a new key to the above.
We have calculated the pin as 3005. Could someone confirm this is correct please? It has the Lock Mode fault code which will not clear, and the immobiliser will not accept the pin code.

The car was fine before customer lost the keys

Thank you

the almera have common fault with poor connection with harness and immu, make sure that its a good connection into the immu.

Quote:
"Fault code for "Lock out mode" (when an incorrect key has been used) can be removed with a coded key by turning the ignition on for one minute or, when no coded keys are available, by coding keys."

"If the immobilizer has been locked (incorrect PIN entry), disconnect battery and re-connect, then turn ignition on/off three times. "

Try also 3775 pincode (made in Mexico)
