What software or hardware is available to program??

I lost my grandpas keys to a 2001 chevy venture and want to know if theres a trick to program a new key (lost the original) or a program I can buy.

Turn key on for 10 minutes 3 times.

Programming new keys without use of programmed keys

a) Insert a key and turn to the ON position.
A security light on the dash will illuminate and stay on for 10 minutes.
b) Within 1 minutes from the moment in which the security light goes out , turn the key to the OFF position and again to the ON position.
The warning light will illuminate and stay on for 10 minutes.
c) Repeat step b).

At the end of procedure (approx. 30 minutes) the key is programmed and all the keys previously programmed in the immobilizer system are deleted.
