i has damaged eeprom content and inside is motorola 0j38m and i cant read it nor with upa nor with xprogm

i tried to lift reset pin, bkgd , vdd, vdd and i tried to connect to vddx and vdd and vssx and vss but wo sucess

Can someone help ?
