test alwais send me error 5
which part is bad

Try on another PC, I sometimes want to throw this error, but after the next attempt all goes well. Check HW TESTER

It depends on what the reading should be.
Why not replace it just in case?

Maybe a bad solder on the board (carprog), solder the whole.

if you have same error like in firs post..error 5 change resistor marked with 5. resistor value must be 2.2 ohm. for testing you can solder a wire in place of this resistor.
