dm5ooc bouquet set up please help

hi, please can anyone help me i have a dm 500c in vrign area and i want to set up my bouquets list, but i am struggling big time was wondering if anyone can send me there back up copy or where to get one i tried using bouquet wizard with no luck, why are the cahnnels folders named weird aswell thats why its taking me so long ty in advance.

In my opinion, it's best to use the remote.

thanks for the quick reply one more thing how can i play avi files on the box that would be the nail in the coffin as i have everything else sorted,streaming, recording etc. cheers
