pasoft 1.4 hardware not ready obdsvs

i bought 1 week ago from obdsvs

I Only connected interface in 2 cars and works fine.

I was happy because i have got here 3 bmw scanner 1.4 that never works, from sinosells, ufodiag and other.

Now i connect in car and said hardware not ready!!!

obdsvs only tell me lies, what model of car? what year?, if I have installed drivers, if ignition it's on??? bla bla bla...

Haven't got garanty, I told them if will buy other they send me 2 units. And now it's expensive!!! I bought in 1 week in 35$ now told me price is 50$ more shipping,

These chinesse are crazy???

green light shine 1 second when connect interface, then turn off. pop up said interface not ready always.

Anyone repaired this tool??

Have you checked if the drivers are installed properly and did you try to update the drivers from device manager.............

yes mate drivers installed are inside cd.

Tools works fine in 2 cars. i get connection to all units, then i erased fails, start car, connect to car and hardware not ready.
