vas install on windows 7

Hi guys, a few people have said they have VAS working successfully on windows 7 32bit, but im having some troubles.
firstly with a driver, but also, when I try to open VAS for the first time during the install, it tells me on one instance is permitted at 1 time, has anyone else struck this?
Im going by the install vid posted on this site & also the instructions supplied but cant get past this step.

Dont have any problem. Have directly v19 on Win7 32bit, and with VMware V18.
All working without any problem, also installation is this same as is with Win XP.
Clean registry, and old file from previously VAS , uninstall all and try. No need to do anything, only (if recommed) JAVA Update on the end.
