cas is no accept key after read

2006bmw 750i is came at me in all key lost condition . i read CAS by R260 after adding key i put back the CAS but its not accept the key . some body can check my dump that what happened .its data is gone corrupt or CAS is gone dead .

yes i add key by Tango . but when i write back data in CAS and put back CAS in car then CAS is give some noice trick trick and not accept key.after that i read CAS again and check there is no additional key added .

i can change CAS but i need confirmation that where is problem if problem in CAS then i can swap data .but if data is corrupted then who i synec ISN .
