Is "immo off" file ok? Should I disconnect immo module? Thank's...

Check this dump and report.
The dumps immoff is different to my dump.
If no work, read the flash 29F400 and report.

With my immooff dump ecu is no longer blocked and immobliiser don't report problem with key but car still don't start. In engine ecu there is also quantity adjuster problem with max and min limit exceeded... Probably problem is in the pump... VP37 With your dump, ecu is also unblocked and immobiliser don't report problem with key. Just coding problem... You made this dump with otocheck...
