Immo off - Audi A4 0 281 001 366/367

Hi mates! How are you doing?

Can someone give me a helping hand in removing the immo in a Audi A4 0 281 001 366/367 unit?

I've read both 93C46 and comparing them with other modifications posted in dk I figured out how to modify one of them (the number two), however, comparing the number one eeprom (the name scheme is arbitrary) with others I find something that is puzzling me. There is a block of 0xFF in 0x20 till 0x3F but in my file there are 0x00 instead of the 0xFF, and it's suposed that the modification is done writing 0x00 in 0x39-0x3F.

Any suggestion?

Hi all, never is late ;) I hope that this could help someone in the same situation.

Despite the fact that there are 0x00 and not 0xFF in the original content of the memory at offsets 0x39-0x3F it works. So if they already are 0x00 don't worry, it works.

File 2 off. Try and report.

Thanks yugo45 for your file, I was saying in the last post that the unit already was working because it seemed that it was enough with the second file, but I've seen solutions where both files were modified so I was a bit puzzled with this.

I tried modifying only one file and it worked.
