Opel Combo 13 259 914 DA - clear crash

Hi Guys,

I would have to clear the crash data from an Opel Combo's airbag ECU.

It's made by Temic and it's serial number is: 13 259 914 DA

Inside there's no EEPROM, only an MCU with the following numbers:

XC527369VFU
MRS3OPOZ
0J66D
QQDF0914

How can I read out this MCU? As an MC68HC08AZ32?

Is it safe to read this out with UPA? As I read that if it's secured UPA may erase the EEPROM content...?

don't worry, read.
if programmer erase eeprom i have correct file for this module

Just read out the dump from the MCU. Could you please help me to clear the crash data from the dump?

you can give a guide to read upa processor xc527369vfu?

MC68HC08AZ32 seems to have 100-pin. while it xc527369vfu only 64 pins. how do you connect with upa?
