There is no key programming support from the dealer if all keys are lost. No reseeding or obd2 programing, you must change out the immo. Box cost for 2 keys and new immo. Plus married to the system cost you $1,350.00 on the average. Time to work on a solution, virgin dump needed and key location for "g" system. If you come across one please read dump info. And post.

Here is the toyota bulletin posting.
Lost Keys / Immobilizer ECU Replacement (T-SB-0029-11)
The transponder ECU on some 2010 model year FJ Cruiser vehicles does not support key code erasure in the event that all master keys are lost. These transponder ECUs also do not support the "reseed" function. If all registered master keys are lost, then the transponder ECU must be replaced.

I found this also:
Smart Key Inoperative (T-SB-0037-12)
Some 2011 4Runner, Prius, and Venza vehicles may exhibit a condition where the Smart Key system is inoperative when another vehicle's Smart key is in or near the vehicle. Condition may affect Smart access, wireless remote operation, and Smart start. Combination meter multi-information display may show the message: Key not detected when attempting to start vehicle and when driving.

I'm guessing you can still add a key on these equip vehicles if you have an existing master key?
