Flip key - mercedes SL 1999

Who knows how to generate a transponder data and program remote for 3 button flip key, Mercedes SL 1999.
What tool can do this reliably?

Noimmo ml tool has a add on that will do the flip key by dump.

It gets very expensive to add this 400 euro soft to Ml programer. Any others?

Yes I agree also lots of work to remove the cluster and read the chip.
