need clone edc16C3 peugeot 1,4 HDI

hello
i have car some time it start normaly some time it doesn't start
the ecu is
EDC16C3 0281 011 089 96 532 0225 80
i have read the eeprom 95160 and flash whit BM100 whithout probleme
i have another ecu but it is
EDC16 C3 O81 010 707 96 513990 80
i have put the dump flash+eeprom of ecu out of order
now the car don't start??
i have read the erro to ppss i find in the ecu menu?????
why
it is a good process for clone the ecu?

new ecu is also from 206 1.4HDI.
put back original BDM make eprom virgin and recode using pin code and PPS.

i dont have a dump virgin for this modele
i have virgin dump for edc16c34 the hard ware is not same ec16C3

you must clone 3 files:
1 - 95160 chip.
2 - flasch memory BL.
3 - MPC 555.
i did this last day without any probleme and it is work very well at the first time.
