mercedes b class 1.8 cdi 2006 year

Hi i have mercedes b class 1.8 cdi 2006 year and it has problem with ecu it was damaged with water.
Ecu number is: A640 150 88 79
i could not repair it 100% only to read flash from ecu BDM.
Also i get communication but has constant fault with high preassure pump regulation valve, common rail preassure sensor and fun is constantly running.
Now my question is is it possible to use any of this ecus on it.
A640 150 76 79
A640 150 12 91
A640 150 01 34
And this ecu has only flash and how is possible to adapt this ecu. Only to reprogram it with original flas or ?

use BDM read and put it on either of them, it should work aslong as the ECU hardware is the same..
