DAS - Xentry

Hi.
I have 9/2009 DAS version instaled on t30 made in C.
Needed to diagnostic a W204 and see a message that need Xentry Diagnosis to do it and don?t find it on disk.
Need to install this software or is better ( buy ) work on new compact 4 2012.
Was thinking software Xentry Das had the two options.

Which MY W204 are you trying to diagnose? You should be able to do it from DAS for many of those.

What happens at DAS if you just keep going further, does it insist a password, does it not go further if you do not give a password? If so, there is a fix to get rid of that password query, google should help you there.

Don't you have any Xentry program at the Programs menu? What about your F-drive folders, any Programme\Xentry\bin folder etc?

I run program and turn to menu with the text saying the should need a password,do not ask me for it.
On F:|programme have DAS,Medbib and Xentry/Bin folders
What should be done to start it?

When it says you need a password, what happens if you keep on hitting F2?

You did not say if your Programs menu (at Start, All Programs) has any Xentry entry?

You would probably need to start if from the xentry\bin folder bat file fw_start.bat, this is release dependent though.

Seems to read "No access authorization code" (No, I cannot read Chinese, it it was Chinese in the figure). Google for the error code.

Did you try to save a valid Xentry licence?

I tryed with carprokey to creat a new key but simms do not accept for 9/2009.
I start star utilities see:

HW id : 4CC11CA04364
App id : 252
Date : 2009-01-01 2012-01-01
Startkey : fbjb.....

Try to creat a key but not accept ( clik on startkey)
Don?t kow if is the correct procudere.
My chinese reading when open xentry is only (F!"#$%***#?=...)

You should be careful when changing the PC date. The above sounds OK but what was the exact response when you tried to save the Xentry key (or was it all Chinese)? Perhaps your setup is missing the Xentry fix that enables the key from your keygen.
