PS3 FROZE ON 99%

Hi, ive just click to update the ps3 cant remember what firmwire, but it has froze on 99% and just does that everytime i switch the computer on, i cant do the old hold down the on button to get to main menu, as soon as switched on it just starts downloading again. please help me!!!!!!:afraid:

try downling it from playstation website and put in on usb stick update that way

thanks. i have tryed that and it still wont work, is there any other simple ways????
