because every day starting problem.

i can read eprom and upload if someone would help

you must read eprom 27C512
need a new EPROM, or delete your eprom

use UV (ultra violet eraser) to erase 27c512.
erasing process need time 15 minutes or more dependence eprom type.

Did you disconnect immo box and crank longtime like 30 seconds?
