Alfa 156 2.4 JTD Realty error code set U1600 engine ECU

The engine can not start with the key code light stays on.
With the pin code ..... (Accelerator), the motor starts.
Can not appeal to the Immo ECU to the diagnostic tool - not a connection-based.
Question is where the error in the IMMO ECU in the engine ECU I do not really understand the relationship between IMMO ECU and ENGINE ECU
What is the pin code bypassed the ECU or the engine ECU IMMO released

Check the antenna of immo, check the immobox, reprogram a new key with the correct pin code...

First check what the ecu have +12v and ground signals,and ignition +12v

The antenna has 5 ohms, I think it is ok?
In Immo ECU I can not see anything, burnt, or cold solder joints.
At workplace, I will build all, and try to find the error....maybe
