air flow sensor repair

did anyone ever try to repair this sensor on renault (traffic)?
i heard it is possible.
any info?

OFF TOPIC:-

codecard do the reeds for the A class ?100 a pop - and there breakable.

Normally they loose an earth, draw an earth via the airflow meter and *POP* blows the wire inside.
