MS43 rev limiter upgrade

is there someone able and willing to raise the rpm limiter to 7000 at both files?

what exactly do you mean with statement rev limiter off? no rev limit at all? :afraid:

you try the file?? you test it and report.... the name is not important, i test this file.

There is several limiters in MS43. Not just one

i test this , is 2 limiter maps.. in my car i remove the rpm limiter . trye and report.

have to wait till the weekend, as my car is equipped with auto gearbox and it will not revv till 7000 :stupid:

even at auto tranny? no forced shifting?

Those gear changes are from the EGS controller, it will always change at the preset point.

you change the rpm engin , gearbox have the same rpm.

OK, it might be a different system, I know other versions like the V8s would still change gear at 6100, even if the RPM limiter was raised for the engine.

so i still have to buy a ESS or Dinan EGS Software? :-(

and we have to wait till weekend until i can post results as my car won?t let me revv to 7000 and beyond

Try it and see.
I have some dumps from a few original EGS controllers, but I can't find anything obvious for shift points.

anyone have any idea how to make vanos open more early in a lower RPM"s ?!

search for "hakentt MS43" at google, its a brave guy who builded a xdf file for tunerpro software for MS43 in softwareversion 430055.

if you can?t find software version 430055 just contact me, i found it.
