Suzuki Swift Ecu magnet marrelli

I want to read the flash of magnet marelli ecu with bdm 100,i can read the one ecu flash properly but other ecu does not read and show power error so what should be the problem pls give the solution i am attaching the pictures of both ecu which can be read and cannot be read,regards-Huzefa

i can see the Not Ok one is missing a mosfet on the lower left side.. and also a Plcc up on the right
