help whit pin astra 2000

I have a Opel Astra G 2000 X 18 XE1 with damege ecu. so i change another ecu but is used and I dont have a PIN from VIN. please if some one can help me.

Hi it is difficult to get pin from vin on Opels but if you cannot post the dumps here --- the dealers is than the easiest

the problem is , i dont have the immo neder. so i cant reed a dump.
its posible use a immo off ? who can i reed a ecu?
