Fry Onions and Garlic until translucent
Add Curry Powder, Cayenne Pepper and Ginger and fry for a couple of minutes
Add chopped tomatoes, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Cook for a further few minutes.
Add cooked Quinoa
Add flaked fish (take out any bones)
Mix gently
Once ready, dish up and add peeled boiled eggs.
