View Full Version : SDConnect C4 Caeser test report unavailable

Hi DK friends,
SDConnect Caeser test runs fine but does not terminate editing usual report. Mouse pointer shows endless related activity but no report. Since I got this HDD from china some days ago, I did not check it before today. Would appreciate your kind support.

Which DAS/Xentry release? Did you start mux test from StarUtilities or from SDNC?

Hi DB_Member,
XENTRY and DAS are 03/2012.
Problem happens from StarUtilities. On the other hand, MUX test works fine from SDconnect Toolkit (I suspect it's what you are talking about when you write SDNC) but result does not read same information as with my previous C3 mux. Since I never got a report from StarUtilities, I just do not know what it looks like !

Hi
Anybody has problem with the 03/2012 Xentry?
I installed using with the SDconnect (C4) through the network cable.... working fine, but I have no internet... Wireless connection show it is excellent, but I can not go into the browser, and I can not open the teamviewer....
I saw the chinese 03-2012 installation,,, those option is open.
Something missing in my installation.
Anybody has some solution for it?

Once you have started the CAESAR test and it completes, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and kill the TKAdmin process and the self test results should appear.
