Zafira Simtec 71 dump need

I need simtec 71 original dump,

5WK9 153, Zafira 2002 z18xe
opel dealer update soft with tech 2
and kill the ecu flash.
Opcom communicate the ecu but no data,no fault code.
Mpps not readable soft version.
