No errors, but the car will not start. Star says no synchronization CDI - EZS. The starter turns. External eeprom not.
Need help for synchronization.

note: the last photo shot when the skin turns a starter. At that moment the pressure in the rail 400 atm. As I understand the fuel pressure is normal. Before me on this machine has already changed the fuel pressure regulator.
Connected the injector outside the engine, fuel is not coming from the nozzle.

I do not understand why the first photo sync EZS - CDI - NO. Is this normal?

Hi,

Did you find solution, I'm in a trouble with exactly same symptoms, sprinter 906 CDI 2008 crank but not start, No sync CDI with EZS, DTC: only Crankshaft sernsor faulty.
I changed crankshaft sensor three times with 3 working sensors, DTC still on.
Also changed regulator pressure on fuelpump, pressure sensor, and solenoid on the CDI rail.

It's a head ache, and nearly 20 hours work.
ecu is bosch 0281015053, A6461506372 (A 646 150 63 72).

Something wrong with ECU ? Is reflashing ECU will resolve pb?
Please help !

Topic is old, but did anyone find solution with this problem. There is no dtc in ecu, car crank-not start, but in actual values - cdi drive authorizatoin sync. EZS - CDI is being performed - NO
From hystory of car.
Put new same nr. EZS (original is destroyed) and generate new key, make virgin esl and ecu. With das personalized, activated....All is ok but "sync. EZS - CDI is being performed - NO"
What is wrong?
