immo ms41.0 with tms87cp110

i have a defect ms41.0 and i want clone another used ecu
i have swap 24C04 and old ecu start again but not new
do you think immo is stored in tms87CP110 eprom?
in this case i can swap both eproms to start with new ecu
anyone have tryed any job in this ecu?

Do both ECUs have the pc110 chip?

only need swap tms87CP110 in this ecu and works well!
tested today on 328i E46
